Writer and translator.

Loran was born in 1984 in the borough of Dêrika Çîyayê Mazî (Derik) of the province of Mêrdîn (Mardin). Between 2009 and 2012, he worked as an editor for the culture, art and literature magazine W at the Kurdish Institute of Diyarbakır. At the same time, he conducted interviews in the fields of culture, art, and literature, and edited literary reviews about Kurdish literature. Between the years of 2012 and 2014, he became an active member within the body of The Association of the Middle East Cinema Academy. Loran contributed screenwriting for the sitcom Ax û Jîyan (Land and Life), and the drama series Ref (The Ranks).
